Eagle Environmental found a viable solution to make sure no more wooden pallets find their way to the landfill.
Wooden pallets that are intact and approved are reused to transport products; those not intact are ground up for mulch. Even pallets that have oil spilled on them can be reused. These pallets are made into briquettes and used to help fuel necessary burning projects. Using the briquettes ensures a higher temperature during a burning process.
Every year, Eagle Environmental recycles 200,000 plus pounds of wooden pallets and continues to strive to increase those numbers.
Eagle Environmental is working hard to make sure we become a landfill free planet.
